Service Desk Supervisor

Qualifications

Must be a Bachelor's Degree in ECE/CoE, IT, ComSci or other technical course relevant to the position
Required 3years experienced in IT operations as Service Desk Supervisor/Team Leader with 2nd level technical support experience
Willing to undergo training's and certification ( MCP Win10, ITIL V2, Desktop Troubleshooting)

Requirements

Act as the point person for customer/client complaints
Ensures that all tasks are carried out by the team members in accordance to the defined service levels;
Ensures availability of manpower and compliance of staff with rules and regulations;
