Senior Service Desk Analyst

Qualifications

must be a Bachelor's Degree in ECE/CoE, IT, ComSci or other technical course relevant to the position.
Minimum of 3years experienced in IT operations as Senior Service Desk Analyst/Assistant Team leader or Supervisor with 2nd level technical support experience.
Willing to undergo training's and certification ( MCP Win10, ITIL V2, Desktop Troubleshooting)
Willing to work near Vito Cruz Manila.

Requirements

Directly supervises the phone and on-site support personnel
Assigns and deploys appropriate onsite support personnel
Ensures delivery of service assigned to his team in accordance to the defined service levels;
Prepares all necessary documents/reports for submission and review of SDS
