Provide first level support through calls, emails and handling the resulting incidents or service requests using the incident management/request fulfillment procedures;
Must be a Bachelor's Degree in ECE/CoE, IT, ComSci or other technical course relevant to the position.
Willing to undergo training's and certification ( MCP Win10, ITIL V2, Desktop Troubleshooting)
Required 3years experienced in IT operations as phone or call center technical support with atleast 1 year first level technical support experience with experience in troubleshooting iOS, Android and windows mobile devices (e.g. Smart Phones, Tablets)
