Qualifications

Must be a Bachelor's Degree in ECE/CoE, IT, ComSci or other technical course relevant to the position.
Required 3years experienced in IT operations as phone or call center technical support with at least 1 year first level technical support experience with experience in troubleshooting iOS, Android and windows mobile devices (e.g. Smart Phones, Tablets)
Willing to undergo training's and certification ( MCP Win10, ITIL V2, Desktop Troubleshooting)

Requirements

Performs Software/Hardware installation/repair/replacement
Prepares and submit field service report and other documents deemed necessary
Provides onsite first level support
